I saw you tried but failed to go to Le Saint Sebastien… I went with a (non- wine pro friend) last November, on the suggestion of Christian Holthausen. It was outstanding, apart from perhaps uncomfortable chairs (but am getting old!). Loved the vibe, loved the food, loved the wine list and advice too. Do go!
